**Terms and Conditions**
All deposits are non-refundable. We are not liable for mechanical issues during charter but will reschedule if needed. Clients are financially responsible for any damages or stains, with fees applicable. Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited, and fines are the client's responsibility. The driver may terminate the ride without refund for misconduct. Smoking is prohibited in some vehicles, and standing through the sunroof is illegal. Overtime charges apply after 15 minutes beyond scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays due to road conditions or lost articles. Payment is due before the start of the ride. Vehicles must not exceed seating capacity.
**Cancellation Policy**
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur a 10% fee; refunds are not available for cancellations within 24 hours.
**Waiting Policy**
Domestic flights: 45 minutes free
International flights: 60 minutes free
Residential areas: 15 minutes free
Charges apply afterward:
- Sedans: $1/minute
SUVs: $1.5/minute
Vans: $2/minute
