At Seattle Express Ride, discretion is as much a part of our business as getting our customers from point A to point B on-time, safely, and comfortably. We value our customer’s privacy and recognize the trust that our customers’ place in us. Seattle Express Ride is committed to protecting your personal data and adheres to the highest ethical standards in processing that data.
Terms and Conditions
All deposits are NON-refundable. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up for the lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn is charged. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. We are not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, etc.). We are not responsible for articles left in the limousine. There will be balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- A 10% charge applies to cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the scheduled ride, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
- 45 minutes free for domestic flights.
- 60 minutes free for international flights.
- 15 minutes free for residential areas.
- $1 per minute for sedans.
- $1.5 per minute for SUVs.
- $2 per minute for vans.
